Oral history interview with Dean Rusk, 1985 Nov 5.

In this interview, Dean Rusk describes U.S.-Soviet foreign relations in terms of the 1955 Austrian State Treaty. He also compares the balance of power in the early years of the Cold War to that of 1985. Rusk also discusses the chances for the reunification of Germany in light of contemporary world politics.
